Any scratches are on the case, I have not removed it for fear of damage, its 1942 brother was graded a ms-65, but I feel it was closer to a 66.

We need more magnified pictures to get any idea of a grade. If you can take it out of the plastic would also greatly help.

Cut out all the background. Show only the photo of the coin, not background. That one change alone will likely let us see the coin so we can offer an opinion.
