Picked up the below poured silver bar today for spot + $1.00. I couldn't pass up a deal on a bar I have never seen. I have spent the last two hours browsing the far reaches of the internet with no joy. I was hoping someone here could help out. It appears to have "E195" on the top in reverse. You can see it clearly in a mirror.

It has 999 Fine stamped on one side, and 24.57 on the bottom.

Thanks!

That sure is unusual... Did they rub it and test it to be sure it was silver?

Ya, they tested it. They typically only sell their vintage bars online at really high premiums. They googled this one and couldn't find anything on it, so they gave me a really good deal on it. I uploaded a few more pictures.

Awfully generic. That may forever be a maverick. Hopefully someone will wander by that has seen one.

Still a darned cool chunk of the Argent.

My fingers are crossed, I hope you're right moxking! I'm assuming it is either:

a) fairly old (pre-19th century) or
b) a backyard pour

Either way, I think its cool looking. And at a dollar an ounce over, it definitely helps bring my average premium/oz down.
