Hard to tell from the pics. Can't see the notching and the doubling inside the D. My gut says no, but better pics would tell the stoery. I wrestle with that all the time, so I know the problem

I can't see notching either. Better pics are needed. Either that or it is not identical to the first pic.

If it is a mint mark variety, it looks to me like 1988D-1MM-010 (based on the picture on coppercoins.com)

The second set of pictures is better. I don't feel that this is an RPM.

There are so many RPMs for 1988-D listed on Coneca's Variety Master that it's possible you have an RPM; however, if I'm correct, that's an "east" die anomaly, unlisted in the variety master.
