Hard to tell from the picture, try with the lighting at different angles until you can get a better view of the left side of the D

How irregular it may seem tilted to the left appears normal for that year. There maybe doubling going on need closeup of MM.

I've tried taking more pics but these are the best I can do for now. Also after looking at it more closely I donm't think it's an RPM.
