These coins are a bit tough to grade .
from the pictures I would put this coin at VF-35 to EF-40 ,, the strike of the coin is weak in all the normal places ,,but the small hits and nicks lead me to believe that the coin saw moderate circulation before being pulled .

That looks like a nice 22D for sure. The holder is scratched and the pics a bit out of focus so I'm not going to assign a number. I'd say it's no doubt VF to EF.

Wow, I was way off. I'm much better at AU and Mint grades. A better strike would have helped, too.
