Looks to me like the liberty is crooked and the letters are off center maybe....

Welcome!

It looks normal to me but maybe others will chime in and say otherwise. The letters are part of the die that stamps the coins out. The only ways for them to be crooked would be if they were crooked in the die, in which case there would be hundreds or thousands like it and somebody here would know about it, or if if it was damaged after it left the mint. I recently posted a picture of a 1961 penny I found and the 1 was crooked sideways. (Which turns out was damage after it left the mint and doesn't make it worth anything more than it would have been (actually, a little less))

Welcome to the forum. This is the best place to learn new things. Keep asking questions and you will get loads of answers. Some of them will vary, and some may be wrong, but if they are, another person who knows better will come along and correct them. We're all learning new things as there is so much in this hobby to learn.
