I Need Help Identifying 1892 50 Cents OBV 3 Or OBV 4

DBM Pillar of the Community Canada 9865 Posts	Posted 03/15/2016 7:24 pm They both look like OBV4 to me. Need better pics of the area where the forehead and crown meet. For OBV3 the bottom of the crown protrudes well in front of the forehead. For OBV4 the transition from forehead to crown is fairly smooth.
