Napoleon-2nd-Marriage-Commem?

Found this. It is 21.3mm and weighs 2.61 grams. Has busts of Napoleon and Louisa. The reverse shows the standing couple with the legend "NAPOLEON IMP. ET ROI - ? LOUISA MATR ?"
Napoleon divorced Josephine and married Louisa in 1810. Suspect this to me a medallet honoring that marriage.

Any thoughts? Thanks

The reverse legend is probably the same as this one http://blackwatch.napoleonicmedals....re/M0626.htm

My rookie research that medals commemorating this marriage were struck in gold and silver, these were given out to attendees of the wedding. There were also smaller ones struck likely in base metals that were given to the masses.

My paraphrasing of the above is based on the information from this link: http://www.napoleonicmedals.org/coins/l-113.htm

It was written in French which I copied and pasted into Google translate since I don't read or speak French.
