Good evening I know this is not the best pic since I'm not on my regular laptop tonight but I'm not really sure if this a die chip or PMD any ideas?

Yes, sure looks like it. It appears to be large enough to be considered Interior Die Break (IDB). Check out cudsoncoins.com website and you can email J. Stevens with your picture and see if it can be listed.
