I've noticed some really weird extra marks on this coin, even the 0 in the date looks like a Q almost. Anybody know what exactly I'm looking at. I'm noticing a lot of these coins have weird markings

Given that this is the circulated edge of a coin, they get banged up all the time. All PMD. Also, I seem to recall seeing some people asking about extra letters being printed on the edge. This would be the result of the coin falling or hitting another coin and transferring design.
