Completely forgot that I had this token in my collection:

Got it in a "junk bin" lot of
ebay coins. It seems pretty self-explanatory--to commemorate Queen Victoria's visit to Ireland in late August 1861. However, I can't find another one like it online to assess rarity. All the ones I can find are commemorating the same event, but have completely different imagery. Can anyone shed some light on:
-Is this actually from 1861, or is it much later?
-Approximate rarity?
-Any idea what's up with the two "8" counterstamps?
Thanks for looking!
