Help I just got this today its a 1893 Barber quarter but everything is flipped kinda like they would use it as a punching die, and everything feels recessed. and it doesn't feel like silver, it's really light. Can someone please tell me what I have?

Contemporary counterfeit. It is made of lead, and was squished in between two other quarters. I have an 1888 nickel just like this.

Well, if it is really light, then it is not lead.
