Hello All,
Was wondering if this could be considered a DMM?
As you can see there looks to be another "ghost" D clockwise of the normal mintmark.

That's a split platting. The 1982+ cents are Copper plated Zinc; the plating often has issues with splitting/bubbling. There are no RPMs for 90s+ cents because that's when the mint stopped punching the mint mark into the die by hand.

Very often you will see this split plating on the MM and also at the tops of the letters "in god we trust" and "united states of america"
