Not-Really-An-Error-But-Still-Mint-Defect

This 2011 Penny from a Birthday Gift Set is still sealed.

There's fingerprints galore inside the packaging.

It's sort of appalling they don't use gloves when packing these sets. :o

I've found dead insects INSIDE the plastic and human hair embedded in the plastic of these gift sets. Lol I wonder what Ill find next

These sets are third party packaged, probably paying workers slightly above minimum wage, how much care would one expect on a 20.00 item, could do a CSI on this one.
