I am completely clueless when it comes to ancient coins. Could you please tell me if these ancient coins are genuine, and if so, the identification?

The first coin is the Roman emperor Licinus 308-324 AD. Going to need a better picture on the second coin, maybe someone else can say but I can't tell from the picture.

Having looked at the reverse of the second coin in Photoshop - and with some tweaking - it appears to be a GLORIA ROMANORVM reverse. I'm thinking possibly Theodosius I...
