I found these two coins (third for reference).
First one is very golden yellow 1983D. I thought maybe something about a brass plated? A regular 1983D is present for color comparison.

Coin #2 is a 1980 philly. Thinking possible a planchet cut/slice?
Thoughts?

The 1980 is PSD. The 83 might be a brass plate but is next to impossible to know for sure.
