I noticed something going on with the mm on this coin. It kind of looks like a RPM although I couldn't locate markers as shown on the 2 coins on coppercoins. Although I am a bit tired and my eyes are getting heavy. thoughts?

Although it looks like one, this is not an RPM. In 1979, one of the punches for the mint mark was damaged, and this is the result. This same mintmark is found on different dies, confirming that it was a problem with the punch. I thought it was an RPM the first time I found one too, but found out otherwise from the good people on this forum.
