2007-P Wyoming Quarter....surface Anomoly

I have numerous coins from a new roll I was looking at tonight that have this strange texture patch on both obv and rev. It's not something ON the coin, it is part of the coin's surface. On this particular coin, the shape on the obv resembles the shape of George's face. On the rev, note the shape as well. Any ideas/opinions? Thanks in advance. CoinCents Pillar of the Community United States 3656 Posts	Posted 04/07/2016 9:59 pm I have run across a few as well, they are Struck Through Grease/Debris which is what makes the surface rough.
