It is counterfeit in the sense that someone has punched
out the centre core and rearranged it. Seen that done
to toonies before.
Should be put in the counterfeit thread.

Queen does look odd. I like how it looks like there's a punch mark on the ring and is the tapering from being in a vice or something?

I rolled up close to $800 worth of toonies right before Christmas for presents. One looked identical to that. I chopped it up to PMD and rolled it.

Between his 4 rating and his responce I would say a real tooniie, fake error.
