Which 1974 Dollar Variety

I found a number of these, but am not sure which variety it is. It looks most like VCR-12, but I found a couple of those too and the ear is closer in. Which VCR is this? I hope the pics are good enough, I'm having a difficult time photographing it.

That one will be VCR #21 (CH Rev-022), I also have examples of that one, and it has not been written or published yet... it is on my to-do list of coins to write about...

I have all the varieties from the #1 to #19 ICCS certified except the 20 and 21 now. Just love this series!
