Sorry, but I see no appreciable rotation. To square the obverse in a 2x2 you need the last T in TRUST and the L in LIBERTY to be at the same level. As another test of a normal nickel, that last T in TRUST is just around the rim as the T in UNITED on the reverse.

Next time you 2x2 a suspected rotated die, line up one of the sides so that it is straight. Reverse is pretty easy to line up since you match the bottom/sides of the Monticello with the bottom/sides of the flip. Another thing when posting a pic: make sure the 2x2 is straight in the picture. Otherwise it makes it hard to work out the angles if you have a coin rotated in the flip and then the flip rotated in the photo.
