I'd consider them tier 1A, if such a thing exists. Definitely aboveboard, committed numismatists, just occasionally enthusiastic in their grading. They have some of the most recognizable names in the business: J.R. Grellman, Cindy Grellman, Bill Fivaz, Larry Briggs, Jeff Oxman and Brian Greer form about as strong a lineup as you could imagine.
) but is a bit lax on modern issues and not quite the rep of the top four(PCGS, NGC, ANACS, ICG).
