That's a pretty coin. If it isn't cleaned, which is impossible to determine based on those photos, it's a solid 64. Nice strike for that year, too.

Thanks all. Not what I was expecting to be honest.. I was thinking more of AU,possibly MS at a stretch
Reason: It was in a 'circulated/XF' dealer bin .. I pulled it out along with some others thinking, 'Nah, this has to be better than circulated.. worth a risk for $18.
I have filed it away but will see if I have any other photos.
Sure its not cleaned, good luster but agree the photos are not great to show that.

the amount of lighting you are using is washing out the surfaces. try natural light
