1954-D LWC Could This Be A Pre Strike Delamination?

This appears to be a delamination and it appears to be under the mint mark. So is it a Pre Strike Delamination? If not what is it? Any ideas?

Pretty cool pete looks like it probably is pic has a slight glare to me-and the other day I was mixing up pre and post lam in my head but I believe you were right on that one too that I posted thanks!

Definitely looks like a Lamination Error to me.
