It was my uncle's, we found it in his things after he passed away. We would really like to identify it. Thanks for any help.

It appears to be a 1790 Washington Before Boston Medal.

Not sure what version yours is, as there appears to be many restrikes both old and modern. I am no expert, but hope this helps.
