Is the other piece metal of glass? It looks like a glass piece and the image resembles the Parthian king Mithradates I. Is there anything on the reverse side? We have a expert here on this empire, hopefully he will be along soon.

Alex, that second one - which appears to be glass or plastic - shows a portrait of Mithradates II of Parthia, and looks to have been made from a mold taken from a drachm. Never seen anything like it. Pretty cool - but it's a safe bet that it's modern. Although the Parthians did produce decorative glass pieces, they never achieved anything close to the level of detail in glass portraiture that we see here. For comparison, here are two small glass works from Parthia, from about the time of Mithradates:
