2007-2010 dollars were offered by US mint for face plus free shipping. People paid with credit card to racking up airline points and deposited them right back to banks. Rinse and repeat. Profits. Close to 500 millions are made for each president and majority of them are in mint state. So basically they are worthy of exactly $1, unless it is in very high mint state at least MS66.
