If I had to open a can of worms I'm gunna say UNC details. I have seen this dark toned on one part of the coin before where someone dipped the coin and the toned part is where the coin was held when dipped. A great, and professional cleaning job since the luster is bright and not dull but it seems they held it on that one point when they dipped it. It could get away with the being MS63 but I try to live by the motto, "if you can tell its cleaned, its cleaned."

Well, shucks. I hope it hasn't been cleaned. Its lustrous enough to be genuine, IMO.
