AU53 and AU58. The 1901 may go higher, but under this lighting it looks AU

The coloring has to do with your lighting. There is a lot of info on lighting in the Coin Photography section on this forum. Very helpful check it out.

MontCollector is right about the lighting. Its not doing these coins any favors. Get these coins under an incandescent bulb between 75-100 watts. Your 1901 is weakly struck. Maybe MS but not gunna be more than MS 62-63 cause of marks and what seems to be dull luster. As it appears in this photo both are AU. I believe your 1921 is AU anyway, and those scratches on the temple dont help. Low AU.
