I just got back from Vegas 2 days ago and I found that you could get halves at the Pai Gow Poker tables. Didn't try to "buy" them from the dealer as he would probably look at me strangely (not to mention the other 5 people seated at the table). Slots are all electronic and print out a slip for you to take to a redemption machine then to a cashier. Dollars are usually Vegas tokens and rarely (if ever) anymore Morgans, Peace, or Ikes.
