I don't understand how the RCM bills this coin as being "innovative" and having "cutting-edge design and technology through a unique use of blue enamel" when it did the same thing with coins of the "Great Lakes" series last year. True, this coin may have a bit more engraved detail under the blue enamel, but that doesn't make the process unique!
