I purchased this annual report from a pawn shop and was pleased to find the mintage out :) and the book came the the COA ! how's it look everyone. How's I do, I only managed to pay $19.00 :) ?

Issue price was 24.95 and you can still buy it for that price from some dealers (Gatewest coins for example).

I have two unopened. One was purchased from the Mint at issue price and one from Gatewest on sale for 18.95 so 19.00 is good if it is in perfect condition.

It was issued in 2005 and final mintage was 12677 units.
