could value be higher if this is rare coin or does not matter how rare it is, condition always determinate the price?

:) The truth is that Internet dictates the price. So You could get 5$ or even 100$ for that coin. More money in Sweden (more collectors), less in for example Poland (less collectors of Sweden coins).
