The first dime looks like a strike through grease error to me. The second dime appears normal.

I agree; grease is the culprit here (maybe a hit on the first coin as the rim is flat). Regarding the wrong photo; be sure to give each photo a unique descriptor. If you have the same file name, you can overwrite a previous uploaded picture. I'm not sure that's what you have here, but keep that in mind.
