Hi Everyone,

I have what I believe is a crusader coin,

can someone tell me a bit more about this specific coin?
As you see in the pictures it has a catholic cross on the backside.
Its diameter measures 2.5cm

Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately, what you have is neither Crusader, nor a coin. It is a French-made jeton, a type of counting-token. This particular piece is of the design with the IHS monogram for Jesus on the obverse. There's an old forum thread with another one, slightly less corroded than yours, here. The link I posted in that old thread is now defunct, so here's an example on Numismatica.
