Need Help Seeing If This Is An Authentic 1909 VDB

I'm a beginner collector but it seems to be cleaned to try to restore the original copper color. Also it appears the periods are not there between the d and b. What do you guys think? The best example is Henning Nickels. Also, Steel Cents have been dipped to make them look shiny again. Now back on topic, I agree with the ones saying it's cleaned.
