This doesn't give many clues - very small, about 16mm and weighs in at just under a gram.

Hi - Nice token! I thought it could be 17th century Irish so I was happy to see my instinct is possibly right. I found it listed in the Williamson book in the Uncertain Tokens section pg 1425, #66.
