The wing is a die crack and LIBERTY is like that from die polishing. I see the LIBERTY on a lot of 73's.

Thanks John, what I find I need to study more on is the difference in between over polished die look and the Grease Filled Die. I have learned that the grease filled can cause the lettering distortion because of the clog. Anyways I am still learning and a really appreciate your time.
