OK, I'd say VF-20 from what I see from your pics.

From the pics provided, I think it could go EF-details. Unsure if it's been cleaned. Better pictures could lead to more accurate grading. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, you all...I'm pretty sure it's been cleaned...it has brushy hairlines all across it.

Oops....my mistake..that coin isn't one that has all the hairlines, so, I dont think it's been cleaned.
