Hello all, does anyone know what this coin with a large blob on George's hair may be worth? The blob is definitely on the coin from minting, it's the same colour and smoothness as the rest of the coin.. it's not dirt or corrosion etc., Thankyou

It may be a laminate error, but it is hard to tell from these pictures; it may be just circulation damage.
