I was about to sell this coin, but I thought it better to keep. Something interesting to note is that the dies for 1937 were prepared by the Paris Mint. (The same is true for the 1937 5c beaver reverse) Paris also struck a few 1937 coins in brass a trials, and there is a "matte" specimen version. This copy is slabbed by PCGS at MS-64:

Regarding ebwcoin, this guy is also known on ebay as "Ernie", and he's sold me whizzed coins before. However, I'm sure you're ok with that slabbed 1c
