Welcome to the board, Perparim. I am glad you're screening the coin here before making the purchase. So often people do it the other way around (checking on a coin's authenticity after they've spent their money).
Yes, it purports to be a tetradrachm of the Baktrian king Eukratides. It is a pretty obvious fake, though, and may be a later generation of a documented fake listed at Forum...certainly seems a close match for it.
The style, color (supposed to be silver), and fabric are all off - and the toning is not natural. If real, the coin would be quite valuable.
