Ok I give up,
After hour of searching for something I read on here a long time ago I realized I'm S.O.L.
Does anyone know what year Ottawa stopped production of Brilliant Uncirculated sets?
I remember reading that some years they produced Gift sets at one mint and Brilliant Uncirculated set sets at the other?
I've read through my Charlton catalogues but I can't make heads or tails out of some of what they are saying.
I'm mostly interested in 1988 to date.
As close As I can figure:
-1988 to 1995 Brilliant Uncirculated sets were made up of coins produced at the Ottawa mint.
-1996 no Brilliant Uncirculated set only specimen set from Ottawa.
-1997 no Brilliant Uncirculated set Specimen set made in both Ottawa and Winnipeg.?
-1998 Brilliant Uncirculated set Ottawa
-1998W Brilliant Uncirculated set Winnipeg
-1999 Loon/polar bear Brilliant Uncirculated set ? mint?
-1999 Loon/Nunavut Brilliant Uncirculated set ?mint?
-2000 Loon/Knowledge Brilliant Uncirculated set Ottawa mint
-2000W Loon/Polar bear Brilliant Uncirculated set Winnipeg Mint
-2001P - 2006P Brilliant Uncirculated set ? no info.
-2003WP Brilliant Uncirculated set Winnipeg
-2007 - 2011 Brilliant Uncirculated set ? no info
-2011 to date all Brilliant Uncirculated sets contain Winnipeg circulation coins- Numismatic BU?

I'm also a bit confused where the Bundle Of Joy, Tiny Treasures, Wedding and Oh Canada sets came from 1994 to 2010?
1994 to 1996 1998 to 2005 Brilliant Uncirculated.
1997 Specimen Flying Loon
1997 Brilliant Uncirculated set Loon
2006 to 2010 NBU

Baby/Grad/Holiday/Birthday Gift sets from 2004/2005 Brilliant Uncirculated set Winnipeg Mint.
Baby/Grad/Holiday/Birthday gift and Hockey sets 2006 - 2010 NBU Winnipeg Mint

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Its not exactly like answering one or two questions but more like 20, thats a lot of homework. IMO
Hopefully some one will chime in with better info.
The Winnipeg branch of the Royal Canadian Mint allowed the Ottawa facility to concentrate solely on collector coins while Winnipeg would produce the entire supply of circulation and foreign coins (1976).

W - Used occasionally on specimen sets produced in Winnipeg, starting in 1998.
W/P - Used on the special edition uncirculated set of 2003.
The W mint mark indicates that the coin was produced in Winnipeg and the P indicates that the coins are plated
