I would really appreciate if anyone could give me some clues on the possible origin, the ethnic/historical references and the collective evaluation of this 1818 coin with iscriptions in cyrillic alphabet.Thanx to everyone in advance.

Your coin appears to be from the Russian Empire, Alexander I, 2 Kopeks from the Ekaterinburg mint.
