The picture is not sharp, but I think that coin might be hairlined from an old cleaning. I had one like this years ago that I sold for $220 when I was dealer. If this fits your budget, it's okay, but if you want a strignt graded coin I'd keep looking.

i think its AU details. cleaned but coming back to life

The one caution I will get you about "coming back to life" is that the cleaning hairlines will be there even after the surfaces of toned. The only way to get rid of them is to carry the coin as a pocket piece until it's worn down to the next grade.

Here is an Arrows and Rays half that was cleaned with hairlines hidden in the toning.

No question the obverse fields have been cleaned - that gray/green toning is everywhere on the reverse.
