Help With This Note Please - Tahiti 100 Francs

seeingryedog New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 06/13/2016 4:28 pm Hello, can anyone help me out with this note, I understand that it is a Tahiti note that was used in both New Caledonia and New Hebrides but when I look in the book I do not see this exact one. It is like it was a Tahiti 100 Franc note counterstamped for New Caledonia, and then counterstamed back for Tahit and I can't find anything in the book about that. Any help would be appreciated. However the links you sent me to did not help me regarding this particular note, with the canceled, counterstamp, than the Kruase book. This is my main question. Has anyone seen anything like this, I can not find information on it anywhere. I'm sorry if that sounded ungrateful, I don't mean it too, it is just that I need to keep digging. I think this note is a bit unusual because not only was it counterstamped, which I can find all kinds of information on, it was then cancelled and recounterstamped, which I can find nothing on.
