snitchard Valued Member United States 420 Posts	Posted 06/16/2016 5:30 pm Hello, Why was there no Eisenhower dollar in the 1971 or 1972 Proof Sets even though they minted proofs in both years? I am not sure why they did not mint clad proofs (for the normal proof sets) in those years, but I think it has been posted before. I will take a look.
