Picked this one up at a coin show this past Saturday. Thoughts on a grade? Thanks!

This Washington quarter is plagued with the common flattening of the letters in LIBERTY on reverse . Slightly weak tail feathers . MS-63 .

I'd say 62 as there slight wear on the hard in front of ear, nice clean fields and devices but it's a 62 imo
