General surfaces of the raised detail areas, and fields suggest pressure cast to me. The 'worn' surface of the raised detail areas has the same texture as the fields.
The denticle details are rather fuzzy.

Check for comparative weight and ring tone with known genuine.

I have to admit, I wouldn't have thought about it, unless I was asked to do so.
