This is a beauty , but I have strong concerns for the rims on both sides .

T-BOP, don't be concerned about the rims. I should have said this was PCGS Graded so what you're seeing is the holder.

srs77 , My first thought was it's slabbed but I decided to go the other way with it when I saw the photo of your other Washington quarter which showed no trace of a holder .

T-BOP, yeah the other one isn't graded and this one was, those who guessed 65 on this one was correct. Sorry for the confusion...
